It's that time of year again - the day where you can eat all you want and not feel guilty about it because the next day you give it all up! The day where you get to wear masks of feathers and beautiful dresses and costumes and trade beads! Bright and bold colors and fun galor! Fat Tuesday, also known as Mardi Gras. Ah the joys of being Catholic.

Funny - I never knew Mardi Gras was Catholic. I never celebrated it growing up (or now for that matter). I thought it was just a Cajun holiday.
